A 144-hour real-time online course commissioned by the Academy of Development and Success, designed and delivered on a custom e-learning platform. It includes educational content, instructional videos, exercises and artifacts, a live-session panel, a system for creating and updating presentations from asynchronous content, and tools for testing, knowledge assessment, examinations, and participant certification.
Women's Superpowers Laboratory
A real-time online course created in partnership with the Centrum Praw Kobiet Foundation and delivered on a custom e-learning platform. It focuses on using AI for self-development, building confidence and agency, time management, and women's career planning.

Methods
First and foremost I tap into the huge possibilities of vibe coding. I also use Moodle, Articulate 360, and Canva. I create graphics, videos, and animations with Freepik, CapCut, and HeyGen, and - of course - voices in ElevenLabs and music in Suno.
I always design trainings according to Kolb's cycle - from concrete experience, through reflection and conceptualization, to active experimentation. Thanks to that, knowledge doesn't stay on the slides - it turns into real behavior change and a new competence for the participant.
I reach for modern teaching techniques: microlearning, spaced repetition, decision-based scenarios, and learning by doing. I bet on immersion and interactivity - the participant doesn't watch the course, they take part in it.
What others do in a month, I can do in a week. And I have great fun doing it.
